The clear arrangement in the store allows customers to browse individually through the world of DEICHMANN shoes. The desired shoes are easy to find on the shelves in the tried and tested way: sorted by model in the original box. This makes it easy to see whether the shoe is available in the right size, and you can compare, try on and choose with ease.

If you have any questions, our employees will be happy to answer them and provide information on, for example, optimal shoe care and suitable products and services. In more and more stores, we are using the digital foot measuring plate developed by us to optimize the selection of precisely fitting shoes.

If the desired item in the right size or design is not currently in stock locally, its availability can be checked via the DEICHMANN app in the stock of other stores. The item can then be ordered by the staff on site. It can either be delivered directly to any DEICHMANN store (Ship to Store) or, if desired, conveniently to your home (Ship to Home). Of course, it is also possible to have items ordered online sent to the store of your choice so that you can try them on at your leisure to make sure they really fit: Click & Collect!

A friendly team with customer service expertise: The employees in the DEICHMANN stores receive regular training.
