Job Role:

We currently looking for an individual to join our busy Head Office team, where your role will be to provide a flexible, administrative service to key Head Office departments who undertake valuable activities to support our stores nationwide.

This role is extremely varied and will include the collation and compilation of instructions issued to stores on a weekly basis via newsletter, advising them on such things as merchandising, sale launch, store performance and other operationally focused matters. Additionally you will be the first point of contact for stores reporting maintenance issues, the logging & monitoring of these and raising of associated purchase orders and invoices.

Working across departments, you will have strong communication skills both written and verbal and be competent using Microsoft Office, in particular Word & Excel. Having previous administrative experience, you will have the ability to juggle/prioritise your workload to meet deadlines and enjoy the challenge of working flexibly across key departments which provide a pivotal service to the business.
