Job Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team based in Market Harborough.

The role is extremely varied and involves responding to customer queries relating to both online and high street sales over the telephone and in writing. Additionally, you will assist with other administrative activities necessary to support both Head Office and the growing portfolio of stores across the UK.

Due to the nature of the role the position would suit individuals who are enthusiastic, have strong communication skills, are flexible and motivated by working in a team orientated setting. Whilst previous experience of working within a customer service/call centre delivering excellent levels of customer service would be advantageous, we are also looking for an individual who enjoys undertaking administrative tasks, is organised, able to prioritise and has an eye for detail.

Your hours of work will be on a rota basis covering the customer service window of 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Going forward and as the business expands, there will be a need to adjust hours to include evenings and weekends.
