Position: Customer Service Advisor
Hours: 37.5 per week
Location: Head Office, Market Harborough
To support our growing business, Deichmann UK a subsidiary of the largest footwear retain in Europe are looking to appoint a Customer Service Advisor to join its Head office team, based in Market Harborough.
The role is extremely varied and involves responding to customer queries relating to both online and high street sales over the phone and in writing as well as assisting with other administrative activities necessary to support both Head Office and the growing portfolio of stores across the UK.
Due to the nature of the role the position would suit individuals who are enthusiastic, have strong communication skills, are flexible and motivated by working in a team orientated setting. Whilst previous experience of working within a customer service/call centre delivering excellent levels of customer service would be advantageous, we are also looking for an individual who enjoys undertaking administrative tasks, is organised, able to prioritise and has an eye for detail.
Initially your hours of work will be 8.45am – 5.15pm. On completion of training you will work on a rota basis covering the customer service window of 8am – 6pm Monday – Friday. Going forward and as the business expands you may need to adjust hours to include evenings and weekends.
